Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Many hiking trails are possible in summer from the residence. Parc des Ecrins is accessible via the nearby Vénosc gondola.
