Welcome to our 280 sqm home over 2 floors The 1st floor has a hallway, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room and kitchen, as well as a covered terrace that is perfect for barbecuing. The 2nd floor consists of 4 large bedrooms (approx. 20 m²), bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a loft living room. The zoo, Sørlandsenteret and Kristiansand city centre are only 25 minutes away. We have a quiet and secluded tenant with a private entrance, as well as a cat that lives in the garage. There is a large courtyard with space for several cars.

This child-friendly one-man's home has a large garden with playground equipment to grill and large parking space. Inside there is the possibility to use kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, loft living room with toys for the children. four bedrooms ( two of the rooms have a double bed, 1 have two cots, with toys for the children. and 1 bedroom that is possible to turn up two adult travel bed, possibly travel bed for baby, if needed. We live centrally in Øvrebø, 5min to walk to shop, close to bathing water, frisbee golf course, paddle court.

Lovely, rich house with soul:) Lawn, terrace with plenty of room. Playground 50 m from the house. Train and bus nearby. Room for 3 cars in the yard. All appliances, washer, dryer, dryer, broadband, TV. All of the duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for 250, -kr per made bed and wash afterwards. Good experiences with rentals over many years. This is our home and we expect us to find it in the same condition after hosting. Welcome to sun and summer and Southern Norway;) Feel at home!

From the house to Kvadraturen and bystranda (Kristiansand centrum), Aquarama, Sørlandssenteret, Dyreparken, Hamresanden and the harbor where Color Line goes from it is about 25 minutes. The house is located at the top of Heptekjerr, a construction field 4 kilometers/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. The house was built in 2016, is modern and is great for both one or two families.

The "Mila" hiking trail with fresh water bathing areas is 200m away. There are basically 4 bedrooms, ellesareain 1 floor. and cozy TV room in 2 floors.

Tomannsboligen ligger i et familievennlig og rolig område. 30 min og kjøre til dyreparken. Boligen er på 100kvm og inneholder stue/kjøkken, bad, gang, og 3 soverom. Det er to terrasser, som gjør at man har sol hele dagen lang! Den største terrassen har grill og spiseplass. Vi har tre tripp-trapp stoler. Her kan vi tilby 1 newborn seat, samt to med bøyle. Per nå står det en sprinkelseng, men vi kan tilby 1 ekstra sprinkelseng og 1 side by crib ved etterspørsel. Det finnes en lekepark like ved.

Here is everything you need: bed linen, towel, cups and tubs, right near a lot, 30 min to Kr.sand and the zoo, hiking terrain and swimming opportunities. Central area, short distance to shops. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an undisturbed little south-facing terrace. If you want adrenaline rush, it is about 40 min drive to rafting and climbing park on Evje, 25 minutes to knit jump in the gorge on Øvrebø, 25 min to southern idyll at Fiskebrygga in Kr. Sand.
