The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

Created just for two, this cozy haven is the perfect base camp for your outdoor adventures. The Loft features gorgeous mountain views and quick access to the Buffalo River. This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property. Cabin on Richland Creek with 40 ac of Ozark Mtn beauty… grotto, waterfall, bluffs, creeks, spring- fed swimming holes and abundant wildlife. Basketball goal/ball, bag toss, board games, fire pit and incredible stargazing 20-30 minute drive from Pedestal Rocks, Haw Creek, Pam’s Grotto, Alum Cove, Falling Water Falls and many more scenic areas. Upper Buffalo/Boxley Valley only 45 minutes away. HVAC and wood-burning or enjoy the cool evenings with windows open and ceiling fans running. NO HUNTING

Big Oak Cabin - Mountaintop lodging in the Ozarks

Big Oak Cabin is a split-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, with 2 separate living rooms. Situated on 5 acres high in the Ozarks, the house is much larger than it looks from the picture, with a large front porch and west-facing rear deck overlooking a pond and splendid sunsets. Only a few miles from the Buffalo River and hiking trails, half a mile from Cliff House Restaurant and five miles south of the quaint town of Jasper. Conveniently located on Hwy 7, Big Oak is a place of quiet Ozark peace.

Creek's End Riverside Retreat

Charming country home, filled with light and comfort, located on the banks of the Little Buffalo River (near Jasper ARK). Mountains, forest, and two waterways combine with natural landscaping to create a peaceful, natural setting! Located near the Ozark National Forest and the Buffalo National River. Please note that there IS a low- water concrete slab crossing to get to Creek's End! Occasionally impassable when we get heavy rain. We cannot guarantee flowing river during very dry summers.

The Highland Hideaway (with Highland cows!)

The Highland Hideaway is a perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy. A small herd of Highland cows live here. A wet-weather creek is just behind the house, with a rock bluff and fire pit. There is a foos ball table and massage chair for your enjoyment after a day of hiking. The Hideaway is located 3 miles from Carver Landing. You'll be within easy access to SO MANY gorgeous places, including the national park. There is a second home on the property that can also be booked.

5 min to Buffalo River, mountain retreat w/ view

Get away from it all at our cozy cabin next to the Buffalo National River park. It’s private but close to great hiking, canoeing and eating spots. Grab a book and a coffee and enjoy peace and quiet--and mountain views--from every room. You might also spot deer, hummingbirds and rabbits from our two relaxing decks! Pets are not allowed and will be required to leave immediately. Rates are based on guest count. Please include an accurate count when booking. It will be verified on arrival.
