In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

Stop at the spa triangle - apartment no.2

The spacious apartment is located in a newly renovated former railway station house. It has two separate bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The great advantage is the location of the house directly opposite the train stop, which will take you to the spa town of Františkovy Lázně in 18 minutes and to the historic town of Cheb in 28 minutes. The surroundings are ideal for walks in the woods or bike trips. There is also a bicycle room in the house where you can safely store your bicycles.

Gasberg Mühle

Gasberg Mühle is located in Ostroh Poustka. The house features forest and water spring views and is about 800m from Seeberg Castle. The house has 4 bedrooms, equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and 3 bathrooms. Towels and bed linens are provided. We have OFF Grid 10 kW Solar System and we use fuel generator to heat up boilers in the bathrooms when there is no much sun. The tourist tax 50 cents/adult person/night is to be paid upon arrival in cash please. BARREL SAUNA IS FOR THE EXTRA FEE.

Log cabin - At our place! The cabin is located near Františkovy Lázně. It is suitable for 4-6 adults and 2 children under 10 years of age due to the bunk bed, which is 160 cm long. We also have 1 wooden crib, a changing table, a dining chair and a potty, or a small toilet seat. In our living room you can relax by the fireplace in the cold winter months. In the bathroom there is a bathtub for 2 people or a shower. The cabin is fully equipped for children who will certainly not be bored here.

The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.
