Hello, my name is Martin. I am offering a cosy studio apartment for rent – a 1-room apartment with a balcony that has a nice view of the city and the forest at the same time. It is in a quiet location with a nice sunset. The apartment is located on the 8th floor. There is free public parking by the apartment building. Public transport stops are 100 metres from the apartment. You can get to the city by bus in 10 minutes. There is also a Lidl supermarket just a stone's throw from the apartment, open every day. A quiet, peaceful location, yet close to the city. Suitable for holidays or work.
