The Labrador's Corner

The Rincón del Labrador II is located in the town of Santa Espina, in a valley of Montes Torozos, and 40 km from Valladolid. The house is a few meters from the magical and well-preserved Monastery of Santa Espina. The accommodation is a nice under deck (somewhat plastered) that has 2 double rooms (one with a double bed of 1.50cm and the other with two with two beds of 1.05cm.), are of rustic style and with nice and different decoration. They have wooden floors and have a bathroom with shower and double sink. In addition, each room has a TV. Heating can be adjusted to the desired temperature. The house has a living/dining room with kitchen, where you can prepare your breakfast or meals and enjoy them in front of a fireplace arranged in front of a sofa with table in the living room. If you prefer to enjoy your stay and not cook, next door you can find our bar restaurant El Rincón del Labrador dedicated to traditional and homemade cuisine using local produce. Don't miss it! Our area and environment is ideal for hiking, since we are in a valley in the middle of the mountains, where you can relax and enjoy the fauna and nature of the area. There are different alternative routes that will show you at the tourist office. In addition, the village gives them the option of renting bicycles so that they can make them if they wish. Mention the route to the Swamp, easy and comfortable to walk, by bike or even by car, although we recommend you enjoy the environment taking care of the environment of Nature itself. As visits in addition to the obligatory one to the Monastery, you can enjoy the exhibition of Butterflies that is in the Monastery itself, The House of Nature a few meters away, and towns of the region with importance such as Medina de Rioseco (with its Holy Week declared as an international tourist interest, Urueña with the Villa del Libro, Villagarcía (La Colegiata), route of the castles such as Torrelobatón..., San Cebrián de Mazote (its pre-Roman church). All this a few kilometers from La Santa Espina We are very well connected since the A6 motorway, which connects Madrid with A Coruña, is only 12 km away and Villanubla airport 25 minutes away.

Bonita casa de pueblo con un gran jardín, piscina, barbacoa y merendero. La casa dispone de 5 dormitorios, dos de ellos con cama de matrimonio de 1,35 y los otros 3 dormitorios tiene cada uno de ellos una cama de 1,05 y otra de 0,90. La casa dispone de 3 baños completos, dos de ellos con plato de ducha y el otro con bañera. La cocina tiene frigorífico americano, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno y el menaje necesario. En el patio hay una cama elástica, además de una zona de merendero y barbacoa.

Large house in a quiet area for families/groups

Relax with the whole family! 3 bedrooms with 160cm beds and another 135cm, 1 room with 2 single beds of 90cm. Two full bathrooms and a half bath. Full kitchen with 4 gas stoves and American refrigerator. Living room with sofa and TV, firewood chiminea and dining table comfortably 8 people, garden with trampoline ideal for children and cellar with tables and benches for more than 10 people. Washer/dryer is available and parked without problem outside. House with solar panels.
