Kick back and relax in the bathtub or jacuzzi overlooking the lake, splash in the pool and grill on the extra large grill! When you leave the house, it is only 50 m to the park, the beach and the harbor, from where the cruise boats depart. You can observe the wildlife of the lake with the 3-person canoe belonging to the house! There are several restaurants, wellness and spa in the area. We recommend the 30 km bike path around the lake! There are many options nearby to rent an electric bike!

Enjoy the simplicity on this peaceful and central accomodation. Nearby you will have everithing may need. Business, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, uniqe sandy beach, bars, waterside. Free public parking is a 10-minute walk away. The Allée (shopping center) and Móricz Zsigmond square can be reached in 20-25 minutes by public transport and by walk too. The city center can be reached in 25-35 minutes by 47tram or the 133Ebus or the 4th metro (which starts from Móricz Zsigmond square)

Holiday house near Velence lake

Near Lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. walk) is our cottage. It is ideal for 6-7 people. For children swing, sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us there is a large soccer field to play football. The cottage consists of the following areas: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. We live next to the guest house, you can always come to us with your questions. Fesztiválozóknak, bulizóknak (Efott+B My Lake-re érkezők), hangoskodóknak a szállást nem adjuk ki.

The house is located at 300 m from the North beach of Venice (the location of the EFOTT) and 300-400 m from the high-traffic main roads. It has two bathrooms, two/three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and an extra kitchenette. Ideal for families, sports, fishing, hiking, and relaxing. The outside house has a sauna and two sup boards. This is an exclusive cosy flat in a beautiful green neighbourhood but still in the heart of Buda near the Gellert-hill and the only lake int the downtown area, Lake Feneketlen. It has a bedroom with a big doublebed and a sofa as well as a rollaway bed in the livingroom. So 4 or even 5 people can have a nice time here.
