Stay on a farm in Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Lilla Lyngabo, in the middle of nature, close to the sea & Halmstad

Lilla Lyngabo is located with the forest in the back surrounded by lush fields and meadows. Through the large glass sections, you step straight out into nature, from both the bedroom and the kitchen. As the only unique guest, you can enjoy the tranquility and the beauty that surrounds Lilla Lyngabo. Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Lottastuga

Attefall's house of about 40 square meters with a sleeping loft for 2 people and a sofa bed with room for 2 people. The house includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a fully-equipped bathroom. Large terrace with access to hot tub. Parking space and bicycles are available to borrow. In Eldsberga, there is a small grocery store with an associated street kitchen and ice cream bar that is open in the summer. Eldsberga also has a pizzeria. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Several beaches are about 4-5 km from the property.

The courtyard house is located in the middle of Laholm's older district, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden, there is close access to the Lagan river, which is a popular place for salmon fishing. The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula.

Modern house near the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy the outdoors. Go out on the lake on a stand-up paddleboard or in a kayak. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym and then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Recharge your batteries. Kotten is a unique architect-designed home for those who want to get away from stress and the big city. There are no obligations here, just peace. The house is not suitable for small children. Children must be at least 9 years old.

Cosy and comfortable little place to stay all year round. The house is 800 metres from Sweden’s longest sandy beach. Enjoy long walks and spectacular sunsets. Mellby Center, with shops, restaurants and electric car charging, is 1 km away. The popular Kattegattleden cycle route runs nearby. Many beautiful day trips, outdoor activities and hiking trails are easily reached by car. The house is fully equipped and furnished, with a private entrance and free parking. Bed linen and towels are included.

The little cottage on the hill

Welcome to our small, cozy cottage on the hill - located between Halmstad in the north and Laholm in the south. The cottage is approximately 60 sqm with a lovely patio in a quiet and rural environment. There are nice walking trails nearby, the sea can be reached by bike, and several cozy excursion destinations are a short drive away. We hosts live next door to the cabin, but you will be on your own. The house is properly equipped, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Living in the countryside

The farm is located along the west coast and is located in the middle between Copenhagen and Gothenburg and 15 minutes to the sea. The property has two apartments with extra detached rooms for larger groups (see more specified below). There are larger common areas such as a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for up to 25 guests and a large wooden deck just outside in a very pleasant garden to botanize in.
