Está en la planta baja (aunque el acceso al edificio tiene 9 escalones), y comparte jardín y piscina con los otros dos apartamentos, Bonelli y Adalberti. Es un espacio acogedor con un precioso salón-comedor-cocina que dispone de todas las comodidades, cuenta con un sofá-cama para una persona, Smart tv de 50 pulgadas, chimenea eléctrica y un diseño que cuida cada detalle. Tiene una bonita terraza ideal para disfrutar de un café en la mañana o incluso de una cena bajo las estrellas con unas espectaculares vistas del pueblo y el arroyo. We are Javier and Juanjo and we have a single-family home on a 1000 m plot in Sierra de Fuentes, with lawn areas and a private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors separated by an exterior staircase that gives access to your accommodation and the pool.
