(8-20 people) This detached mansion, dating from 1935, is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking available. You rent the entire upper flat and part of the lower flat, including your own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and a lovely garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. Are you with less? Then please send a message before booking. Final cleaning at an additional cost if desired

Landelijke rust bij de boerderij - Perfect voor een ontspannen uitje! Welkom in onze ruime, landelijke woning, gelegen op het prachtige platteland van de Gemeente Hardenberg. Onze woning biedt het ideale toevluchtsoord voor wie op zoek is naar rust en ruimte, omringd door weilanden. De woning is perfect voor gezinnen, stellen, of groepen. De regio biedt volop mogelijkheden voor recreatie, van een rustige wandeling tot verschillende fietspaden. Na 23:00 uur is muziek afspelen niet toegestaan.

Hospitable enjoyment (new bathroom and box springs)

Ruimte op prachtige locatie onder een rieten dak, voorzien van alle luxe. Kom bij ons voorin de boerderij heerlijk overnachten. We verhuren twee slaapkamers voorzien van boxspring bedden. Verder treft u naast de badkamer een heerlijke sauna aan. De kamers en woonruimte (>60m2) zijn voorzien van airco’s. Tegen betaling is een vijfde bed, kinderbed of kinderstoel beschikbaar. Ontbijt kunt u zelf bereiden in de keuken. Recent zijn alle bedden vervangen, badkamer vernieuwd en tuin gerenoveerd.
