The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Two terraces, Morsø pizza grill, lounge chairs, dining table and cozy nook for the lazy evenings. A home in a class of its own, with fine details in materials and decor. Update: In March, we installed curtains throughout the house.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The apartment is approximately 130 m2. The apartment has a small entrance with stairs leading to the room on the 2nd floor with 3 beds. Another entrance leads to a hallway that leads to the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The bathroom is bright with underfloor heating. From the living room, there is access to the bedrooms with a large closet and 2 beds. From the bedroom, there is access to a small room with 1 bed In the garden, there is a covered terrace that can be used

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is on the 1st floor and about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and are not in bed. We'll share a toilet at night, but it's 100% yours.

Guesthouse 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill. Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.
