L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. A fully renovated old house, it still retains some of the original stone walls that remained standing after the Civil War. It is a very cozy house, fully equipped and located on a very quiet street in the village. The Torre de l'Espanyol is located at the foot of La Serra del Tormo and near the Ebro River. From the village you can visit places such as the Serra del Montsant, Llaberia, Castell de Miravet, the Sebes Nature Reserve, Ca Don Joan, sections of the GR99 and much more.

An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television. You can put a foldatin in case you go with a child. Two large windows allow you to go out to a large terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the entire valley.
