Beautiful lake house overlooking Tjeldsundet. Quiet surroundings with both hiking terrain and fishing opportunities just outside the house. Midnight sun in the summer, and a great chance to see the Northern Lights in the winter. Great location between Lofoten/Vesterålen, Harstad and Harstad/Narvik/Evenes airport. The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

The cottage is located at Storvann Syd, 25 min. drive south of Harstad.ca 35 min from Evenes airport.There are two bedrooms with double beds on the main floor and a double bed on the loft. The bathroom is furnished with a Cinderella incineration toilet and Cinderella urinal, shower cubicle and waiter . There is an open plan living room/kitchen solution and on the living room there is a TV. Has internet. There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the cabin. There is a private parking space. Here you can enjoy the silence, see sea eagles up close and fish jumping right below the mountain. If you are lucky you can see porpoises (whales) and sperm whales, saithe and mackerel shoals. How about fishing your own dinner from the mountain or taking a fresh dip in the sea? The possibilities are many. Experience nature and amazing sunsets! The midnight sun gives you bright nights from about May 23 to around July 20.

The cabin is located by a river and water. The canoe can be used freely if you want to paddle in the river. Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

Whether you want to stay close to the ocean, go fishing in our beautiful fjord, walk in the mountains or simply stay in one with nature, the possibility is here. There is also fine ski conditions during the winter. Close by is Møysalen National Park where you find Raftsund/Trollfjord few minutes away by boat, marked hiking trails, a local shop and cafe. We have boat and bikes for rent.
