Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed that is 160 cm and also a sofa bed for 1 person in the living room. Shower, toilet and washing machine. The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen that can accommodate most things such as fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Large wooden deck with lovely morning sun. Patio in evening sun, barbecue. Sun beds, beach chairs, bicycles.

Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

The cottage - Central, rural and with sea view!

Wake up and have breakfast overlooking Sölvesborgsviken. This accommodation is in a cottage on my property. It is rural but central, which makes your stay comfortable. With a short km walk through the park along the bay, you will come to the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and cafés. The golf course can be found 2.5 km away on foot or by bike over Europe's longest walking and cycling bridge. Ryssberget's hiking and biking trails are only 1.5 km away. The sandy beaches of the nearby area are numerous.
