The house offers bright and fresh surfaces that create a pleasant atmosphere. Located in a quiet residential area with proximity to everything you need. Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

The proximity to Öreälven offers nice hiking opportunities and canoeing as well as nice fishing spots. Snowmobile trails are also nearby with nice barbecue huts and views to discover.

Pearl of the High Coast - Berghamnstorp with sauna

Berghamnstorp - a unique fishermans cottage with a seaview over the Berghamn bay. You have an outdoor hot tub with sauna and relax. The house has a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and a cosy living room. Berghamn is a pearl because of the beutiful landscape, the old little fishing harbour, the fishermans chappel from 1750, but above all, the seclusion. In the bay you will find a great sand beach with a shallow sea. The place offers a magnificent view over the Bottnia sea.
