Vacation home with walking distance to Tofta beach. Within walking distance there are also several nice restaurants and pool areas. Grocery store, paddle courts and camping with playground and bouncy castle area are also within walking distance. At the same time, the house is peacefully located with forest close by and on a dead end street where no traffic occurs except the residents. 5 min by car to Visby golf club which is ranked as Sweden's best. Also the zoo and Kneippbyn with water park and Pippi's world are within 15 minutes.

Apartment is located in the palissades, an oasis just above the harbor and a stone's throw from the ring wall. Nearby you will find shops, cafés and restaurants. 74 sqm open plan. The kitchen consists of kitchen island, dishwasher and dining table with space for six people. There is a bedroom with a 180 bed and good storage. Bathroom with washer and dryer. If desired, there are 2 beds in the living room. Patio facing the park and access to grill. There is also access to private parking just outside as well.

If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse" to curl under. Or why not play boule on the track that's there? Attracts swimming, so it's close to a pearl band of sandy beaches.

Very calm and pristine area for those who like lovely nature experiences and to enjoy the tranquility that nature offers. It is close to cafe, restaurants and convenience store within only a few kilometers. The accommodation has electricity, water connection as well as its own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower.

Apartment on the upper floor of the grand building. 1 room and kitchen. Bathroom with shower and WC. Balcony in south facing with little sea view,seeing a bit of Stora Karlsö. Nice to have breakfast on the balcony and also sit there at night. Umbrella is there. Also balcony facing west facing which is nice in the afternoon and evening with view over the garden. Quiet and nature close by.
