A bohemian two-storey house in the alley parallel to At Arabacılar Square, very quiet, 100 m from Palabahçe, within walking distance to the bakery, butcher and all organic products in the bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. 10 minutes to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

Embrace the simplicity and tranquility of our place, located just 100 meters from Mytilene Marina and a 10-minute walk from the city and its beautiful market. On the ground floor of the apartment building you will find a mini market, as well as restaurants, pharmacies and a pastry shop. Recently renovated, our apartment is located on the first floor of a family apartment building with a comfortable balcony and a view of our beautiful and sunny garden.

The exterior showcases a two-story traditional building with maroon shutters framing the windows, which are adorned with white lace curtains. A small outdoor seating area features a patterned tablecloth, complemented by light-colored chairs, inviting relaxation in a serene setting.
