Here there is room for disconnection and relaxation but also, if you wish, there are plenty of wonderful places to discover and plenty of activities for young and old! We have a central position between Annecy, Aix-les-Bains and Geneva! Lakes, mountains, cities, forests and so many more... You will discover this beautiful house completely renovated in a "countryside-bohemian" style in a green corner!

Come and discover this magnificent 106m² apartment with jacuzzi combining charm and beauty located in Le Bourget du Lac. Fully equipped, you will find all the necessary comfort for 6 people. Three bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms, all the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, a television. Double garage, Wi-Fi are at your disposal. Sheets and towels will be provided. Located in a hamlet 10 minutes by car from access no. 11 of the A40 Annecy exit, I welcome you to my house, where you can enjoy a simple and independent stay. The apartment, spacious at 40 m², is located on the lower ground floor and has a private terrace. You will enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment, with a central location for exploring the 3 lakes in our region. Pets are welcome as long as they are respectful of those sharing the space (dogs and cats).

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
