Ker Maïan – House close to the sea

Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean, our house is a family landmark. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its peaceful location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. You will be close to all amenities (60 m from the tourist office, 150 m from the bakery, 500 m from the grocery store and market). Beaches are less than 1 km away. For our comfort and yours, the house and its garden were completely renovated in 2023.

Located in a town in the heart of nature (Blavet 600 m away), shops, restaurants, buses, cinema, theater. Ideal starting point for hiking, cycling along the towpath, visiting Lorient, its surroundings, beautiful beaches 20 minutes away (Gâvres). The + quiet garden area with table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol!

Charming apartment of 65 m2 completely renovated, in the center of Vannes, in a quiet street 100 meters from the port. Take advantage of a nice living room open on a beautiful kitchen fully equipped. Two independent bedrooms with 4 beds and a shower room. Beautiful exposure and its comfort assured... In the heart of the city: restaurants, bars, shops are at the foot of the building. The ramparts, the pier for the islands and the market are also accessible on foot.

Our apartment "Au son des Vagues" is located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator. Renovated in 2023, it faces south, sheltered from the prevailing winds. From the living room you have stunning sea and Belle Île views To reach the large beach, you only have to cross the street. The residence is very quiet and its location allows quick access on foot to all the amenities of Quiberon: beachfront walks, shops, bars and restaurants.

The Lost Cachette, Hammam, Spa, Bikes*

The Lost Hideout, 300 metres from the beach, the port, this atypical little T1 bis, has everything you need to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in shower, 2x seater bathtub (which is replacing the Nordic bath in photo 1) , 5.1 home cinema in the bedroom. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. They are loaned free of charge, and are not part of the rental in case of failure, there is no recourse.

In a former shipowner's house of the 18th century, on the marina of Vannes, we offer you this apartment of 100 m2 on the 3rd and last floor, which has just been refurbished. Ideally located, bright, quiet and 150 m walk from the historic center with the best shops. Ideal for a relaxing vacation or for a telecommuting combined with a real quality of life. I would be delighted to welcome you and to share my good addresses.

Nice through studio, well equipped and elegant, it is ideally located to discover Vannes! We decorated it to give it a soul and want you to feel at home as soon as you arrive. So that you have, like us, a crush on the area;-) Everything is within walking distance: the port of Vannes, the historic center, shops, restaurants in the center or the market of Les Halles or the fish market are just around the corner.

Beach House

Apartment about 30 meters from the beach in a renovated 1920 villa and divided into 3 apartments, all with an independent entrance and a small garden with terrace. A large green space (old dune!) in front of the house preserves the environment. The family beach is ideal for all water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kite, paddle etc...) Marked swimming area. South-facing, sheltered from the winds.
