My home is in located on a private, unpaved road, situated directly on the water. It offers a peaceful and private setting with amenities including two zip lines, two rope swings, a boat ramp, and two docks. Guests can enjoy hunting, fishing, boating, jet skiing, or simply relaxing with serene river views. This is a private residence; please treat it with care. Use of the porches, swings, and zip lines is at your own risk. The back deck has no railing to preserve the view. Wi-Fi is excellent

Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the country not far from New Bern, Greenville, the Original Washington and our beautiful Carolina beaches. The Mary Alice Palace was built in 1954 with lumber harvested from the property. We've added modern upgrades during renovations while trying to keep the charm of the original design. It offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room (with pullout couch), dining room (w/ work space), kitchen, and breakfast nook. Thanks for looking!

Country Lane Cabin is a quiet, peaceful place nestled in the trees. Perfect for couples! Relax in the shade of the front porch or warm up by the fire pit in the patio. Amenities include small fridge and microwave, toaster, and coffee pot with fresh ground local coffee. Firewood is also provided for the fire pit. Please do not bring your pets. No smoking or vaping, and no loud music or parties. No TV and no Wi-Fi, but cell service is usually good.
