We are in a small hamlet, secluded & quiet, typical & full of charm ^^ (pedestrian streets in front of the apartment) Cozy apartment, equipped kitchen, pretty bathroom, cozy living room and wooden terrace. _WIFI_ 1 double bed on the mezzanine and 1 sofa bed, very good mattress for 2 people, in the living room. Studio in central Vallouise

This studio is on the first floor of an old renovated house in the centre of Vallouise. You enter from a private balcony to the main living area which has a double sofa bed. There is a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Beyond this screened by a wall and shut with a curtain is the bedroom. This has a 160x 190 double bed which can be split into two single beds if you prefer. There is lots of storage. The bathroom is at the rear with a vaulted ceiling.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

On the ground floor of our house, located on the edge of a GR (long-distance hiking trail) and a route of the Camino de Santiago, you benefit from a completely independent entrance and a private shaded garden area, in summer.
