Ajanedo is a small hamlet with many cows, sheep, goats, cats, dogs and about 30 majestic griffon vultures. It is located at an altitude of 400 m in the valley of Miera surrounded by mountains up to 2000 m high. In Líerganes, 13 km away, you can shop, stroll and eat. Hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, exploring caves, watching animals - all this can be done from the house without taking the car.

The tree house was born from our dream of building a magical space near the forest where we live! The house lives with a young oak tree, it is also in front of the large beech forest and you can hear the river that passes right in front. It is totally suspended in the abyss but its stability and firmness are surprising. Our idea is to enjoy it while sharing it with you.

It's a charming and cosy home with a garden, located in a quiet, natural setting. It has excellent transport links, with access to the motorway network less than 1 km away. Cabárceno Park is 5 minutes away, while Santander, Sardinero Beach and other beaches in the area (Somo, Liencres, etc.) are about 15 minutes away.

In the Miera valley, surrounded by mountains and unspoiled nature, there is the cottage "The Pradones". Old shelter for cattle and herdsmen, was renovated in 2008 following the tradition and style of the "Pasiega" cottages, in stone and wood.
