Loft studio in an artistic and design workshop in an environment that breathes art and tranquility. Located in the center of Sant Cugat del Vallès and a few minutes from downtown Barcelona. Sant Cugat has not lost the charm of the town, from where you can escape to Barcelona, rest on the beaches from the coast or discover a Catalan icon: the mountain of Montserrat. You can forget your car from here since, in rush hour every 3 minutes a train passes that leaves us in downtown Barcelona.

Sunny apartment in first sea line. It has a 21 m2 terrace facing south. With 270º direct views over the beach, much of the coast and mountains. Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.

Designed by an artist to be both highly functional and romantic. Located about 40 kms from Barcelona. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.

LA GUARDIA is a 70 Ha farm and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and Montseny Biosphere Reserve.
