A new shower, a new counter and sink just installed. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed. About 15 minutes drive to UC Berkeley, Oakland. About 18 miles to downtown San Francisco. Tastefully designed attached guest suite in the Vista neighborhood has its own private entrance on the bottom floor of our custom mid-century home. Guest will enjoy a large studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. This well-established neighborhood has easy access to I-80 & 780, Hwy 29 & 37, downtown Vallejo and the ferry terminal serving SF daily. Suisun, Napa, and Sonoma Valley wineries are a short drive away. And the quaint town of Benicia is about 10 minutes away.
