Es el sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Valencia sin renunciar a la tranquilidad El apartamento tiene ascensor, y un pequeño balconcito con una mesa y dos sillas. El huésped puede preguntarnos por cualquier servicio como niñera, limpieza, cocinero en casa...y le informaremos gustosamente sobre cualquier servicio disponible en la ciudad, incluyendo todo tipo de actividades deportivas (tenís, golf, surf...) A la puerta se coge el autobús número 19 que nos lleva directamente, sin necesidad de cambiar a otro, directamente a la playa y a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. A 250 metros hay dos paradas de metro, una es COLÓN y la otra XÁTIVA. Incluso la Estación del Norte, precisosa por cierto, está a escasos 300 metros. Alquiler de bicicletas en la zona.
