Beatiful room with dressing room and bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with independent glass dinning room. Private wonderful garden terrace. The enclosure includes community swimming pool and paddle tennis. Wonderful terrace and private garden. When our guests arrive, we expect them to receive into the apartement, where is provided keys and sites to visit. The property is next to one of the city's best golf courses, and boasts easy access to the beach. The home is also only a few kilometers from the center of Malaga, home to restaurants, bars, and shops. Parada de autobús a 1 km aproximadamente

Some of Spain's amazing cities are 2 hours drive away: Córdoba, Seville, Granada and Sierra Nevada ski. Malaga airport 35 min drive.

The beautiful and atmospheric house has two floors and a spacious garden. On the ground floor there is a toilet, kitchen and living room. On the first floor are two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a spacious balcony. Equipment for children is also available in the house.
