Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of front lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. From the house or deck watch eagles, seals, porpoises and sea lions fishing, and occasional Orcas passing by. Sunsets are spectacular as the sun goes down over the water and mountains. House is on the edge of the cliff and deck allows you to look straight down to the water. Rooms are spacious, with 3 having sea views and one with a garden view. Underfloor heating throughout house. High cliff so small children under 5 years are not allowed. Large parking area. Three cars.

Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.
