Sleeps up to 7 people, it is spread over four floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, WiFi and heating. It is the ideal accommodation to discover the Matarraña and visit El Parrizal, La Pesquera or the Pantano de Pena. It does not have private parking and, due to its interior stairs, it is not recommended for people with limited mobility.

The house is completely self-sufficient, the energy is solar and the water is channeled from natural springs. It has WiFi, heating, hot water and a generator in case of emergency. There is a power limitation so there is no washing machine and other appliances such as hair dryer and electric coffee maker
