A residential development with a swimming pool. It has a large Día supermarket in the same development. Three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two 90 cm beds (pull-out bed), full bathroom and toilet. A large and bright living-dining room with a comfortable chaise longue sofa. It's on the third floor without an elevator.

With pool for the heat and fireplace for the cold, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. 90 Km from Madrid, very close to Ávila and Segovia and in a very beautiful natural setting is our accommodation. The house has three bedrooms , two bathrooms and toilet, American kitchen that overlooks the dining room and living room. All distributed over two floors. Garden and front terrace and porch and backyard with pool, solarium and u a casita with the laundry room.
