A residential development with a swimming pool. It has a large Día supermarket in the same development. Three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two 90 cm beds (pull-out bed), full bathroom and toilet. A large and bright living-dining room with a comfortable chaise longue sofa. It's on the third floor without an elevator.

Disfruta de una experiencia de lujo en este céntrico alojamiento. Piso céntrico y cómodo, cuenta con amplias habitaciones . A escasos metros del Acueducto, está perfectamente localizado para visitar el resto de los monumentos de la ciudad a pie. Ideal para visitar el Alcázar, la Plaza Mayor y la Catedral sin tener que coger el coche. Fin de la zona azul a 300m. Muy cerca de la zona principal de compras y restaurantes. Nos encanta recibir a gente!!

Spacious entrance, large kitchen, two bedrooms each with a 1.50 m bed, living room with a 90 cm sofa bed, two full bathrooms with shower and a cozy terrace. It's a fifth with an elevator. Central heating and hot water by electric thermo. Bus and supermarket 200 m. No parties and pets.
