This small townhouse, a 10-minute walk from the train station, with its small patio is located in the heart of Poitiers and will give you free access to the activities that the city offers. This typical Poitevin house is divided into 3 levels connected by a small and narrow spiral staircase. The ground floor is composed of the patio and gives access to the kitchen and dining area. you will find the living room with the sofa bed as well as the bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom is on the last level of the house.

Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Nestled in the heart of the Limousin countryside, this house is in a protect site just a two-minute walk from the Site Corot, emblem of the town of Saint-Junien.
