S-Bahn stop in 4 minutes' walk: 10 minutes to airport/trade fair, 15 minutes to S-Bahn station/city. A8 in 5 minutes. Close to nature with high recreational value (forest in 3 min). Public parking available.

Cozy mini apartment (about 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and your own bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, right by the forest, playground, farm and metro (U6) stop (about 5min walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Lovingly renovated old apartment. The skylights let in a lot of light and the decor is bright and colourful. You can work well at the desk. You can relax in the comfortable armchair. The dresser has storage space for your belongings. Upon request, a children's bed (Hauck travel cot 120 cm long) is waiting for you. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The apartment has sloping walls on 2 sides. This makes it cosy, but perhaps too low for very tall guests.

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.
