Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.). Zoo de la Flèche is 20 minutes away, the 24H circuit is 25 minutes away, the 24H and Baugé golf courses are 25 minutes away, as are Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, and Lake Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe or with friends, you'll feel right at home!

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. This house is a peaceful oasis, tastefully furnished. I am passionate about decoration and I wanted to give this house a warm and friendly atmosphere while keeping a practical and very spacious aspect the spaces are clear and bright. The atmosphere is calm and conducive to rest, happy moments of sharing around a good meal or a barbecue outside in the light of the garlands. (*it's a house I live in year-round, my belongings stay there.

Wooden cottage with 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Unfailing romance thanks to the candles that can be set up on the large 20 m2 raised terrace, semi-covered, overlooking an English garden. A second terrace to enjoy the sunset. The cottage is located by a stream, facing a mill. The atmosphere is ensured with the purr of the mill wheel. The Cottage is a green setting close to castles, water and hiking trails.
