Spacious house located in the heart of Vaas. 30 min drive to the Les 24h du Mans circuit. 2 min from Vaas train station, direct train to Le Mans. Close to local shops (bakery, market, bar, beauty center, restaurant ...) no need to be transported to enjoy the surroundings. The house has a private and equipped gym as well as a large garden. Tastefully and simply decorated, very pleasant and ideal for large groups, you will feel at home here!
