Located in Üzümlü, Fethiye, our fully renovated stone house with garden offers a peaceful and comfortable stay in the heart of nature. Our 1+1 house has 2 bathrooms & toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Ideal for guests looking for a stone house to rent on a daily basis, our house is suitable for both short and long stays. A free ceramic workshop experience is also offered during your stay. Our house, located in the centre of Üzümlü, is within walking distance of wineries and shops, and a 20-minute drive from the bays.

It is located 2 km from ÇALIŞ beach and 18 km from ÖLÜDENİZ Beach. It is 100 meters from corporate markets and 300 meters from restaurants and cafes. All kinds of transportation vehicles (minibuses, taxis, etc.) pass in front of our villa. It is a location where you can spend time with your family and have fun. Our villa is built in 2024 and complies with all zoning and EARTHQUAKE REGULATIONS.
