It is a large independent studio of 50 m2 with balcony, located on the 1st floor of a villa, which is our main residence. It is located 5 minutes walk from the historic center, but is very quiet sinceit overlooks an enclosed garden of 2500m2. Parking on site in a fenced area. Part of the garden (about 300 m2) is reserved for you. Uzès is a beautiful, pleasant city, located 15 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 40 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from the Camargue and beaches and 1 hour from the Cevennes.

Induction, oven, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, etc.! 2-seater sofa bed that folds out to make a 160 cm bed, everything is new. Large screen TV. Pets not allowed. Come and discover Uzès! Located in the historic center, a 2-minute walk to the famous Place aux Herbes, this charming 35 m2 2-room apartment is equipped to accommodate 4 people. (One bedroom and a real bed in the sofa). An old stone and tile apartment, in this medieval city. All shops within walking distance. It is located on the 2nd and top floor of a building without elevator access! With an old-fashioned staircase (large stone steps), unsuitable for elderly and disabled people.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Stacked apartment with 1 bedroom now air-conditioned (new since May 2023) in the historic center of Avignon, with a mix of contemporary & typical Provençal touches. Located in a pedestrian street just 5 minutes walk from the Pope Palace. There is no car park in front of the building. Public car parks are at walking distance. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without lift, which offers stunning views on the Pope Palace & the roofs. Very Quiet.
