BLISS am SEE

Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. Simple but cozy to relax

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

Time out apartment easy

Das helle, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 45 m²) mit großem Balkon liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und am Bodenseeradweg. Ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodensee und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils ca. 4 km. Ein Parkplatz und schnelles WLAN sind inbegriffen.

Modern, cozy apartment, 3.5 km to Lake Constance.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

Ideal for bike tours around Lake Constance and trips to St. Gallen, Konstanz, Bregenz. Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed. - 1x bedroom for max. 2 adults - 1x sofa bed in the living room for 2 children (10 - 14) or 1 adult. (The Spindler family lives in the main house)

You can't get any closer to the lake. We rent our residential units on a weekly or long-term basis directly at the port of Altnau. In this historic building, completely renovated in 2023, directly on the water with various leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity, relaxation is guaranteed. Apartment 2 is ideal for 2 guests.
