This is ‘Het Witte Heertje’, our traditional townhouse in the centre of Utrecht. The house was originally built around 1880. We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

Located in Ouderkerk - the perfect place to get the taste of a real Dutch countryside while enjoying an easy access to Amsterdam! The room is just beside the Amstel river, where you will find options to park a boat & enjoy the wonderful Ouderkerk, amazing place who offers a riverside terrace for a touch of peace and considered a real paradise for cyclists.

"De Zilveren Munt" - Utrecht city center

Walk into the ‘De Zilveren Munt’, an independent guesthouse (66 m2) attached to our own house, and experience Utrecht as the locals do. Located in a quiet street with terraced houses build around 1948, with the famous canals, shops, little cafes and nice restaurants all within walking distance. Our guesthouse has been fully renovated in 2022 and is furnished to accommodate for a convenient city trip to Utrecht. In principal it is equipped for two people, though optionally it could sleep four.

Ligging tegen de historische binnenstad in de leukste wijk van Utrecht. In het souterrain zijn 2 volledig ingerichte appartementen uit 1864 gerenoveerd met een en-suite badkamer en keuken. Geven een intiem en luxe gevoel. Zo zijn de ruimtes ingericht met 2-persoonsbedden, moderne badkamers, en design meubels. Zelf koken; beide appartementen hebben een kleine keuken. Vele restaurants (ook voor ontbijt), bakker en supermarkten, de binnenstad, met de Dom, terrasjes en winkels, liggen om de hoek.

This fresh studio is equipped with all facilities, free parking in front of the door and located near arterial roads (A28) and a direct public transport connection to Utrecht Central (bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance). Whether you want to enjoy the cozy Zeist, go hiking on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug or take the bus to Utrecht, be welcome! The studio is in a quiet residential area and has a private garden, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, interactive TV, WiFi and rain shower.

Within walking distance of the station and shops and at the same time to the heath in the forest. If you are looking for peace and nature, you are at the right place. Of course, the guest suite has free WiFi.

In het bos 🌳 in Hilversum (‘t Gooi) vind je een uniek plekje tussen al het groen! Wat het uniek maakt is de locatie. Midden in het bos en tegelijkertijd dicht bij het gezellige centrum. Als je van wandelen houdt óf van een gezellig stadscentrum, je vindt het op deze locatie alle twee. Pssst… Als je geluk hebt lopen de reeën ‘s 🦌avonds door je tuin.

Basement next to the forest

We rent the basement under our house as a perfect place for a romantic weekend away, or a week offsite. Our villa is 5 min./ 400 m walk from the Ridderoordse Bos. It is 30 min. by bike/ 10 min. train to Utrecht. A fully equipped apartment with its own entrance of 60 m2 with kitchen, workspace, bedroom with 2 p. box spring (180*220), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and spacious sauna! The patio garden is still under construction and is ready in mid March '25.

A quiet B&B with its own entrance above a garage that, with a steep staircase, leads to the room. It is 1 spacious room with a double bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave and kettle in the room. Please note: So no full kitchen, no real cooking can be done. The quiet environment ensures a good night's sleep and there is ample opportunity to cycle, walk or visit cities. And the dishes shall be done!
