A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

Villa Toscana I - Great view and tranquility

La casa ofrece mucha comodidad y privacidad, lo que permite desconectarse y disfrutar de excelentes vistas y espectaculares atardeceres, al estar ubicada en un punto único, sin casas por delante y con pocas casas vecinas (aspecto que la distingue). Con excelente presencia de sol por su orientación norte, cuenta con piscina climatizada, habilitada de octubre al 3 de mayo (28 a 30º) y tina nórdica, la cual se puede disfrutar durante todo el año, al contar con caldera a leña para calentar el agua.

A solo 5 minutos de la ciudad de Minas 8 (4 kms) disfrutaras de un entorno maravilloso. Encontraras Animales, lagartos, liebres, gallinetas, carpinchos, conejos y variedad de aves. Tendrás acceso a un Jacuzzi cerrado habilitado desde las 8 am a las 23 Acceso a sala de juegos sin costo adicional con pool (pizarra de piedra) y tejo con aire. El campo con ruido no es campo por tanto no se permite el uso de parlantes! La piscina está habilitada desde 1 de Nov a 1 de Abril y es de uso exclusivo.

Located 100 meters from the country house, it is at the right distance for tranquility in the countryside and the shade of trees, visited by birds that sing every morning. The house has a unique design by architect Janer Lagarreta, and has wide stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, as well as on the second floor, where insulation is provided by double walls of solid bricks. There are no electronic devices in the house, no TV or Wi-Fi, the idea is to expand natural coexistence
