All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

House located 300 meters from La Juanita beach, two minutes from Jose Ignacio. It has TWO en-suite bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living area, where there is a full bathroom! A fully equipped kitchen and a large social area and dining room. We offer Wi-Fi and DirectTV, plus air conditioning in all areas. In addition to a large outdoor area where there is a deck with armchairs and umbrella. Next to a covered barbecue with table and benches, and next to a pool with lounge chairs!!

Villa Toscana I - Jacuzzi, swimming pool, beautiful views

This house with a Nordic tub and pool offers plenty of comfort and privacy. It's ideal for unwinding and enjoying panoramic views and spectacular sunsets, as it's located in a unique spot with no houses in front and few neighboring houses (which sets it apart). The heated pool (28 to 31°C) is available from October to April, and the Nordic tub (up to 42°C) can be enjoyed year-round, as it has a wood-burning boiler. **Please inquire about the pool in May and September.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Others do the same in their dining room or living room, but few have the privilege of living a sensory experience like those staying at Noruz. Located at the top of Cerro Guazuvirá, Noruz has spectacular views of Villa Serrana, which make a fundamental difference in the experience of those who visit this wonderful place.

It has two bedrooms on the lower floor (with a crib available for the little ones) and a kitchen, living-dining room, and a terrace with a grill on the upper floor. A/C and high-performance wood-burning stove. The double room has air conditioning and a French window that opens onto the front of the house. The rooms have a closet. The house is located just 100 meters from the beach (across the street).
