All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Cuenta con dos habitaciones en la planta inferior (con una cuna disponible para los más chiquitos) y cocina, estar-living-comedor y terraza con parrillero en la parte superior. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y estufa a leña de alto rendimiento. La habitación matrimonial cuenta con aire acondicionado y puerta ventana con salida al frente de la casa. Las habitaciones cuentan con placard. La casa está ubicada a escasos 100 metros de la playa (cruzando la calle).

Esta casa con tina nórdica y piscina ofrece mucha comodidad y privacidad, ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar de vistas panorámicas y espectaculares atardeceres, al estar ubicada en un punto único, sin casas por delante y con pocas casas vecinas (aspecto que la distingue). La piscina climatizada (28 a 31º) está habilitada de octubre a abril, y la tina nórdica (hasta 42º), se puede disfrutar durante todo el año, al contar con caldera a leña. **Consultar por la piscina en mayo y setiembre.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
