We rent out a ground floor apartment with separate entrance.Bedroom with large double bed, combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed for two people. The sofa bed is suitable for babies up to about 12 years. Equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker. Hand counter. Toilet with sink. Shower/outside with hot water is directly adjacent to the apartment entrance. Neighbor with the city park with playground and 4 min walk to ICA, pharmacy, gym etc. Close proximity to beach and harbor with restaurants, cold bath houses etc.

Cozy room with private entrance

The room is simple and brightly decorated, with a sofa, table, good chairs, and a double bed. And garden view. An intermediate hallway leads to rooms with a wardrobe as well as a microwave, fridge, nespresso, water boiler, etc. which is only for tenants of the room. And from here to the shower and toilet, which is only used by tenants. The area is a 10 min walk to S-train and bus to Copenhagen with culture and shopping, Nordsjaelland, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Walking experiences in nature in Dyrehaven, nearby parks and by the sea and beach.

A modern sleeping area features a plush sofa bed with a blue textured blanket, accompanied by a small wooden side table. The wall is fitted with a flat-screen TV displaying Netflix. Soft, neutral tones and a small artwork complete the serene ambiance.

Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.
