Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The Coach House is set in the grounds of Bredon Manor. Bredon village (two pubs, a shop) a short walk away; Cheltenham, Malvern and the Cotswolds villages a short drive. An easy escape from London that works year-round. Autumn walks, cosy winter retreats, spring gardens and heated pool May to September. Dogs welcome.

The Little Retreat is a beautiful stable conversion. The open plan living/kitchen/dining room has a vaulted ceiling, stylish lighting and everything you need to cook up a storm. With cosy underfloor heating throughout, this is a special place, with only 5 star reviews! The Malvern Hills, and the new Cotswold Designer Outlet are on the doorstep, the Cotwolds Hills, Jeremy Clarkson's pub and Diddly Squat Farm are less than an hour away. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

‘Hay loft’ @ Old Walls is a recently converted and unique self contained 1 bedroom apart/flat with views of the River Severn. Within short walking distance of the the historic riverside town of Upton-upon-Severn, the property has easy access to lots of walks as well as being a great base for exploring the Malverns, Bredon, Worcester, Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. Transport package to Cheltenham races can be offered through the swan pub which is walkable.

Our Garden Studio has recently been converted. It is light and airy, cosy and warm. Sitting in the garden of a grade 2 listed cottage, it has its own entrance and patio doors leading to secluded alfresco dining area and garden. Eckington is a small friendly village within walking distance of two pubs, corner store, restaurant and a cookery school. We are close to the beautiful circular river Avon walk, and the deer park on Bredon Hill.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Comprising a master bedroom with king size bed, En-suite shower room, twin bedroom, main bathroom and beautiful open plan kitchen living area. A morning coffee watching the sun rise over Bredon Hill or an evening glass of wine watching the sunset behind the Malvern Hills an accessible location making it suitable to chill out and relax or use as a base camp to explore the local area.
