This Quadruple room is a basic but nice room, located directly in our historic house. All our rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with Sat-TV/Radio, free Wi-Fi connection, safe, hairdryer and phone. Of course, the room has also got your own private shower/WC. Our house itself is located near the main train station of Salzburg. It was built in 1900, when the whole area around the station was planned and developed. To reach the Historical City centre of Salzburg with all the famous sites, it is as short walk from us: 10 walking minutes to the Mirabell Gardens, 15 minutes to the Mozart House, 20 Minutes to the cathedral and approximately 30 walking minutes to the Fortress Hohensalzburg. As the station is just 3 minutes away from us, you can easiyl take a bus into the Old Town. Also, all main destinations around Salzburg (Hallstatt, Berchtesgaden, Salt Mines, Eagles Nest, Munich, Innsbruck, Vienna...;) can easily be reached from the train station.

Das Zimmer 206 ist eines von 16 neu ausgebauten Holzzimmern des Passivhauses, welches von einem großen & ruhigen Garten umgeben ist und sich im zweiten Stock befindet. Ob allein oder zu zweit bietet das Zimmer mit großzügigem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Dusche, WC und tollem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne alles was das Herz begehrt. Für einen guten Start in den Tag gibt es ein kleines Frühstück zum Selbermachen inklusive – Bio Müsli, Bio Hafermilch, Früchte, Kaffee & Tee – alles aus der Region. Wenn man im Dorfzentrum – eine Gehminute entfernt – direkt an der Trumer Privatbrauerei vorbeispaziert, findet man dort eine Bäckerei, eine Konditorei, eine Metzgerei und alles, was in einem Dorf im Seenland so dazu gehört! Und natürlich ist auch der Obertrumer See zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar!

Obertrum is not far from Salzburg and directly on the lake. In the heart of the village you will find an idyllic guesthouse. Room 108 is one of 16 newly built wooden rooms of the passive house, which is surrounded by a large & quiet garden and is located on the first floor. Whether alone or for two, the room with a spacious double bed, desk, shower, toilet and a great balcony overlooking the countryside offers everything your heart desires. For a good start to the day, there is a small breakfast to make yourself including organic muesli, organic oat milk, fruits, coffee & tea – all from the region. If you walk past the Trumer private brewery in the village center – a minute's walk away – you will find a bakery, a pastry shop, a butcher shop and everything that belongs to a village in the lake district! And of course, Lake Obertrum is also a 5-minute walk away!

There are hiking, cycling and ski touring routes from the door and just a short drive (or 25min walk) are the many restaurants, bars, shops, markets and attractions of Bad Ischl.
