Approximately 4 meters above the ground, surrounded by green leaves, you can only feel comfortable. A day in the tree house (without the luxury of everyday life) slows you down incredibly. You shouldn't expect luxury, but rather an adventure and the challenge of getting by with little. With stick bread by the campfire and an evening view from the tree house into the starry sky, you can escape everyday life.

The house is centrally located a few meters from Tønder's cozy pedestrian street with cafes and shops. There are a few meters to the park and the nature area at Vidåen. Am Rande einer romantischen Waldlichtung steht dieser ökologisch ausgebaute Waldwagen mitten in der Natur und wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Cozy thatched cottage in a quiet location close to the North Sea. Fully equipped and on a large property. You will occupy the house alone and the garden is also available for your exclusive use. From Humptrup, the North Sea is about 20 km away! The ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen (e.g. Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Hooge, Oland, Hamburger Hallig). The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

Lejligheden er på ca. 100m2 med aircondition. En hyggelig stue med brætspil, sofa, PS4, smart TV og alt hvad man skal bruge til madlavning. Der er opvaskemaskine. Vi har 3 charmerende og nyrenoverede værelser med sengeplads til 5 voksne, samt en vugge og en weekend seng til børn. Vi har 3 hunde og 1 kat, og kæledyr er velkomne, så længe de er under kontrol og ikke er i sengen. Vi deler toilet om natten, men ellers er det 100% jeres.

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.
