Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

You will stay here in the center with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the train station. The surrounding area is perfect for walking, cycling and excursions to the Vienna Woods area!

A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Wien und die Wachau, sind für Tagesausflüge gut erreichbar – ideal für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende mit Lust auf Kultur und Stadtflair. Bahnhof ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.
