Enjoy our 19th century guest house with an authenticity combined with modern aspects. Bask at of our views over our empty landscape and infinity pool. The Wifi arrives by satellite and is available for free. We are located in a valley so the cellular towers are a bit blocked. There are air conditioners located in both bedrooms only. Come to disconnect and stay in a Special Conservation Zone;Natura 2000. Please note that we live in nature which means both animals and insects live here too.

Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Deliziosa dépendance in campagna

Nella suggestiva cornice dei calanchi umbri, in posizione tranquilla e molto panoramica dépendance su unico livello con portico privato, ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, due camere e un bagno. A pochi minuti dall'autostrada A1 e dalla stazione ferroviaria di Fabro-Ficulle, l'abitazione è ottima per un soggiorno rilassante a metà strada tra Roma e Firenze. No wi-fi. Purtroppo non possiamo accettare bambini. Vi preghiamo di notare che le spese di riscaldamento sono escluse dal prezzo.

Borgo il dolce far niente

Casetta Collina is een voormalige koeienstal (35m²) verbouwd tot 2 persoons gastenverblijf. Een knus ingericht appartement met een keuken die van allerlei gemakken is voorzien, een eetruimte en zithoek die een aangename uitstraling hebben. Oude elementen zijn bewaard gebleven. De slaapkamer met kingsize boxspringbed (180cm x 210cm) bevindt zich in de voormalige cantina. De badkamer heeft een ruime inloopdouche, toilet, wastafel met spiegel, föhn en ruimte om toiletspullen op te bergen.

Ca' Panicale - Swimming pool, SPA, Gym, Privacy

An exclusive residence on the slopes of Monte Nerone and just minutes from Acqualagna, Fossombrone, Cagli. The sea is about 35 minutes by car. The Chalet Cà Panicale is an apartment with two bedrooms and a private bathroom. Just over against the apartment you enter the new private kitchen and the reading and billiard room. The price includes use of the outdoor pool, sauna, turkish bath, Technogym gym, wifi, pool, barbeque and much more. Horse boarding available at 10€ per day.

Adorable 1 bedroom guest house

Lovely and completely independent guest house. Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. Part of a 15th century monastery surrounded by fields. Main house is rarely used as we live in Britain so you are likely to have the large grounds and pool to yourselves! A gatekeeper lives in another outbuilding and is available for any issues. Please note that 2 lovely dog puppies live at the property and they are used to children.

Casale Monticchio / The Barns, up to 5 people

Two adjoining barns gave us 120sqm to form this guest house. Where possible, we have left all the stone walls exposed so there is a warm atmosphere throughout the year. Once upon a time was a mezzanine level in one of the barns so we reinstated it to create the second sleeping area above what is now the living room. With the help of a local blacksmith, we were able to make a 4m high single door, linking the terrace to the living room.

L'essiccatoio

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.

La camera con ingresso privato, ampia e luminosa, si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Perugia. L'ho ristrutturata con cura e raffinatezza nel 2018, per ospitare al meglio chi visita la città. Nella camera troverete anche un grazioso tavolino per gustare le nostre colazioni, o magari un piatto di pasta: la mini-cucina a scomparsa è a vostra disposizione. Due posti letto, termo e clima autonomi.
