Lovely studio apartment above Cayuga Lake, walking distance to the state park swimming area and trails. Walk to the park on the road or a trail, an uphill climb on the way back. This micro sized tiny house is the perfect way to find out if tiny living is a good fit for you. Plenty of light and beautiful detailing, along with views of the neighboring farm make this tiny space feel warmly welcoming! Enjoy a rural getaway with chickens and a cider orchard. Off Grid Bus at Bright Sky Farm

Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
