An old nursery became the perfect home "rural idyll" in the middle of the city. Our house with 75 sqm patio, newly built tiny house with large garden and a hot tub overlooking the forest. On the garden there is a pool, football field, fireplace and trampoline. From the house there is a hiking trail directly to the forest and the outdoor facility Lassalyckan with hiking trails, MTB and trail track which is also in connection with the golf course. 3 minutes by car to the swimming area, canoe/boat rental and shopping

Cottage house in rural idyll

Trevlig stuga med sovloft i lantlig idyll med skogen inpå knuten.Välutrustat pentry med kyl, frysskåp och spishäll. Duschrummet har golvvärme. Vi lånar gärna ut cyklar som ni kan upptäcka omgivningen med. En badplats finns vid sjön Björken (3km). Vedeldad bastu med vy över hästhage 20 meter från boendet. Boendet ligger 20 minuters bilväg från Ulricehamn. Borås 30 min. Landvetters flygplats 45 min. Göteborg 1 timme. Boendet saknar Wi-Fi och WC. Enskilt torrdass finns fem meter från boendet.

Mini house with fantastic location!

Drömläge! Här finner du total avkoppling med naturen och vattnet precis utanför dörren. Vår Gästis har en 160 cm ny bekväm säng, ett litet pentry där du kan tillaga enklare måltider och grill finns utanför. Utedusch precis intill och en helt ny bastu att använda om man vill. Vi bor bredvid, men är oftast inte hemma när vi hyr ut gäststugan. En stor kanot med elmotor finns att låna. Ljuvliga promenad- och cykelvägar! Några hundra meter bort finns Sundholmens slottsruin. Perfekt litet ”Get away”
