It is possible to order a hot tub (very close). There is a barbecue area. There is a fireplace area on the premises where you can spend warm evenings with your loved ones. The perfect place to have a little retreat, enjoy the mountain silence, fresh air, and recharge.

The house is located in the village of Deremezna, 50 km from Kyiv. 🏘 The area of ​​the house is 50m2. The house has a double bed in the separate room and a big sofa in the living room. Max. number of guests is 4. The house has everything for a comfortable stay: kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning, and firepit, and it is additionally possible to order a hot tub. You can come to us with your pets. A bowl, a towel for paws, sanitary diapers, and poop bags are in the house.

Luzhky Cottage

A cozy little house for those who want to escape the big city and immerse themselves in the untouched nature of the Carpathians. Luzhky is the last village before the mountain ridge. Nearby flows the crystal-clear mountain river Luzhanka, where you can swim or even try catching some trout. Here, you can enjoy nature, walk through pristine forests, listen to birdsong, pick wild berries and mushrooms. In winter, admire the fresh snow and the warmth of the fireplace.

The estate is located on an incredibly beautiful and cozy shore, where two rivers just connected – Dnipro and Ros. Hectare of spacious enclosed area, own shoreline, sandy beach, clean air, peace and quiet. There are only two comfortable guesthouses that are apart from each other - so even if there are different companies living in the houses - no one interferes with anyone. Ideal for a relaxing family vacation with children or in the company of close friends.

“TO YE HOUSE 2” is a one-room studio house with a niche in the attic, with a living room, and a kitchen. It is recommended for 2 people, or 2 people with children. Our house is for those who want to spend time in complete solitude and silence. Light a fireplace, wrap yourself in a blanket and under the crackling of firewood, drink hot tea, watching the snow fall on the mountains outside the window. And what incredible dawns here cannot be conveyed in words!

The village is ecologically clean, quiet, located far from industrial zones, surrounded by nature reserves and the very beautiful Psel river. Our manor is an estate with a fruit garden, about a hundred trees, bushes, and vines.

Relax with the whole family in this cozy home near Uzhhorod. The house is located in the woods, there is a river, a lake nearby. Our estate is an ideal place to relax with family and friends. We offer a gazebo with a barbecue and a swimming pool. You can also order a bath or a tub (the cost is not included in the reservation).

ProstoR Halep

A quiet cozy space for a family or a group of up to 10 people in the picturesque village of Halepya, Kyiv region. It is possible to stay with animals for a separate surcharge, subject to the rules of safety and care (walking animals in the flowerbed areas is prohibited!) The owners live in a separate house on the premises.
