Lawn for football, badminton etc. 800 meters to walk to well-maintained, public beach (Aksnesstranda). Alternatively, one can drive there. The garden has herbs, flowers, berries and fruits. The bathroom is small. It has a toilet, sink and a primitive hand shower. New wood stove 2025. Rural, but only 16 mins. to drive to the city's restaurants and attractions.

Lots of bird chirping and nature around. Good hiking opportunities on foot. The house has electricity and water. And associated tool house with possibility for storage and firewood available for heating.

Nydelig utsikt og beliggenhet i en rolig og idyllisk bygd i Nedstrands-fjorden med dens flotte strender og skjærgård og grønnkledde frodige fjell. Boligen holder høy standard og er komfortabel med unike detaljer og spennende løsninger. Området rundt boligen er Naturtomt med flere sitteplasser. Vi har Standup paddleboards (SUP) som kan lånes gratis. Det er elbillader, hengekøye, bålpanne, spiseplasser, vedfyrt pizzaovn og grill i hagen.

Selhammar Tun - Annex Nedstrand

Welcome to our retreat, a place to watch the world go past or a base to enjoy the neighbourhood. Located above a small charismatic beach among the woods and hills of Hinderåvåg. Selhammar is a location that is relatively isolated and accessible down a farm track that wanders about 1 km from the public road system. Explore a choice of forest, beaches and mountains just outside your doorstep. The homestead is slowly being restored from abandonment and basic organic principles are practised.

The apartment is 112 m2 with 3 bedrooms and is fully furnished. Living room and kitchen in one. The apartment is facing south, and has good sun conditions from early morning to late evening! You have a great view of both the lake and Himakånå. You will find many good hiking opportunities both to the mountains and forests, Himakånå is one of the most attractive hiking destinations. The climbing park "Høyt og Lavt", shop, joint transport, fishing and swimming opportunities are also nearby.

Lovely cottage right by the lake in tranquil surroundings. Here you can relax and enjoy the days with lake views and nature outside the doors. Go to the lake to take a swim, jump from the jetty, go for a walk in the woods, pick berries, or relax on the large terrace. On stormy days you can light the fireplace and enjoy watching the lake. There is a fire pit on the terrace and a barbecue available. Short distance to the popular trip to Himkånå, Nedstrand and the locks in Skjoldastrømmen.

Leie av 14 fots åpen båt med motor er mulig , se bilde, kontakt vert for flere opplysninger om båtuleie. Gangavstand 15 min på gangveg til kolonialbutikk. Kort veg til mange flotte turområde. Odda og trolltunga er 1 time og 45 min unna i bil. Nedstrand med nydelige fjell, 40 min i bil.

Velkommen til hytta vår i vannkanten der du kan ta trappa fra terassen rett ned til en egen privat badeplass. Helgøy er en del av den populære øygruppa Sjernarøy i Ryfylke. Det er enkelt å komme dit med gratis ferje, eller hurtigbåt fra Stavanger. Nydelig og rolige omgivelser med gode turmuligheter i øygruppa. Sol fra morgen til kveld. Romslig terasse på to sider av hytta. 2 sup-brett og kajakk. Sykkelutleie og sauna på den lokale butikken. Plass til totalt 7 personer.

The buildings are new, set up in old style and you will have two buildings, 'longhouse' and annex. The area is also a good starting point for trips in the mountains, fishing, High and Low climbing park, Avdalsnes Viking/history museum and more. The property is suitable for children and play. Idyllically located cabin at the waterfront in Grindefjorden. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the fjord. Private beach and jetty, with access to boat (summer fun). Charming cottage in "Sørland style". The cabin is small but has everything you need. And from experience, it is the great outdoor areas that are used the most. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy both morning coffee and sunset when the sun sets at 10 pm. The jetty has a dining area for 10.
