Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. Great for exploring the NE with Dalton Park outlet on the doorstep, the lovely coastal town of Seaham only a 5 mins drive away, perfect for sea swimming or just enjoying the local bars, restaurants, fish & chips. Our home is perfect for family gatherings, going to a wedding, graduation . Modern retro look & everything is brand new 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Big garden & private drive . This is our family home so we will move out during your booking . This is perfect for a family & pets are welcome 🙏. There will be wardrobe space in every bedroom. Please note with it being our home it is very well equipped . No stag or hen doos. No young groups.( no whole groups where the average age is under 30)
